Lucky Buys Yucky Houses started as a small, Florida based company whose goal was to help homeowners who needed to sell their homes, do so in a quick and efficient manner. In other words, the house or the owner was in a yucky situation. In exchange for a quick, all cash sale of their house the owners were willing to sell the house at a price that was less than what they would get if they fixed the house up, listed with a real estate agent and let it sit on the market for months until they find someone willing to pay full price. This is a win-win situation for everyone involved because the seller gets a fair price for their house and we get to handle all the headaches and hopefully make a profit on the resale of the house at a later date.
